my baby hair growth is very less .I even tried mama earth hair oil but it didn't work .so can I apply vitamins e capsules with a mixture of can coconut oil if yes than wat must be the ratio??

hair growth mostly depend on genetic factors..
You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil, almond oil, seasome oil.
Shampooing twice or thrice a week.
Use good brand of mild shampoo.
