My baby girl is 20 months old and she is suffering with fever , not eating food much and drinking very less water , I’m giving p120 syrup for every 6hrs since yesterday evening, how to my control fever , is anything serious!!! How to find it’s serious

A. you can treat the baby temporally with paracetamol for one or two days if the problem persists it is always advisable to consult your local pediatrician for appropriate examination of the baby
