My baby catches cold very frequently Suggest some immunity boosting food And which food to avoid during cold

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. no problem giving all normal traditional food. to improve proper immunity in the baby you had to give all the vaccines including optional one and give all seasonal fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals proper physical exercise
