My baby boy is one year old .When take blood test his haemoglobin value is 9.5 . What are the side effects when Hgb level decrease?

if child is anemic ,I mean if he or she has low heamoglobin level ,he or she has low appetite , irritability ,pale or dull skin ,etc.
please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
offer green leafy vegetables, beetroot ,citrus fruits more.
use jeggary instead of sugar while making food for your child.
