So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Try warm compress on the vaccination area. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
