Q.

my baby boy is 19 months old . He's not yet started talking and calling names...But he can understand whatever we say and he has good listening and reacting..but once in a while he calls his dad very rarely.. He asks everything by showing hands

A. That’s completely normal and natural way some kids start speaking a little later two things I will tell you you are the best over here is that your child understands every think that’s the best thing over here that me there is no delay whatsoever secondly if you giving any Screen Time to the child please don’t give that because a lot of parents prefer giving Screen Time these days to kids to make them smart at an early age but it does not help that way and thirdly I would you say try to communicate on a personal level more and more and if your child does not start speaking by the age of two years also then you can consult a homeopathic doctor because certain times a vocal glance take a little longer to develop with medication that can be done much faster
