My son is still not talking. But he is saying alphabet s and numbers. But he is not calling mama also

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 28 months old and he doesn’t speak even monologues words like mamma and papa etc so don’t worry just see if he is having his mile stones normal if yes then don’t worry

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello if baby is able to speak some words atleast then not a problem and encourage your child and give your child more opportunity to speak and also check with your doctor if speech therapy is need which also would help to Improve the speech in kids
