my son is now 5yr 6 month old still he is not clear talking. He know very well alphabet and numbers but not saying clearly I'm too much worried about him.what I do with him to speak clearly and understand everything.

A. some babies not be having proper speech better to take the help of speech therapist and for neurological examination also Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
