Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. better not to feed the baby during pregnancy. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

No if you are going to continue with this pregnancy you will have to stop breastfeeding the younger one because the doctors do not advise you to continue breastfeeding when you are pregnant with the second child it’s important that you gradually start quitting your breastfeeding
