#AskTheExpert I was breastfeeding my 16months baby .. I got to know today that I am pregnant again ... do I continue breastfeeding or what do I do?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Reduce one feed initially and replace it with outside milk. Then two feeds and gradually all the feed. At last reduce the night feeds

Now u can stop breastfeeding as u are pregnant again.
Start with the cow milk or buffaflo milk instead of breast milk for ur baby.
Restrict milk to 400 - 500 ml in a day including the dairy products. Take care and
