Q.
My baby 3 month 14days..she having cold and cough i met a doctor and giving her drops but in her body there is one gar gar sound while bathing and sometimes can any one say what should I do? even she doesn't have cold in her cheast

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract.
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound whichd is present due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing youd can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
