baby has sound like gar gar while sleeping and feeding sometimes no sound what to do ?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. The sound is mostly present when gasses in stomach. Due to which baby is not able to sleep properly ,So give proper burping after each feeding. At least 3 to 4 burps should be given after each feed
