my 80 days baby got cold cough and sneeze.. doctor advised for 2 drop of Zyrtec drops for 3-4 days but still baby has cold at right nose alone.. she feel difficult in breathing. PL advise

A. the baby is 80 days of age if baby is having cold and nasal blockage you can give steam inhalation to the baby to liquify the secretions put saline drops in the nose of the baby and continue the medicines
