A. Break study time into short 15-20 mins with breaks, ensure good sleep and screen time limits.... make learning playful with games or activities rather than pressure. There are good brain development and concentration supplements also. You can try shankhpushpi syrup that is specially made for kids brain development maybe that can also help.

You should make the studies more interactive for the child that is going to be helpful because when the child doesn’t find it a burden and enjoys what the child is doing then I think it is going to be helpful as there are a lot of good ways to teach the child practically these days without screen and even with books but in an approach with the child enjoys to study
