Q.
My 6 month old daughter is having very tight stool. And also she screams during passing stool. I am giving her small quantity of mix puree of bananan and apple and one scoop ceralac( wheat).

As u have st with the solids, give water also to ur baby to get relief from constipation.
Give papaya, pear, plum, prunes etc rich in fiber once a day to get relief from constipation.
Apply oil on the potty area for easy passing of stool.
