Q.

my 3 year old boy doesn't retain water in his body. it seems like urine he passes is more than he drinks water or any fluid. He is not dehydrated but he his under weight

A. No problem and no need to worry of the child is drinking more water the frequency of urine increases automatically and give milk abd milk products to the baby for weight gain

A. If You are saying that your child is facing any issue like this then you should get it checked with your doctor because there has to be good water retention in the body and if your child is not able to maintain that you do any of the reasons that needs to get assessed
