Q.
my 3 month old baby catch cough and cold very frequently.So what is the exact process I can follow for her oil massage and bath...Kindly advice

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Make sure you close the door and keep the room warm when you are massaging your baby during massaging. use mustard oil to massage. make sure the water temperature is not too hot or cold. keep good hygiene. continue with ebf

U Just warm the oil a little bit before you apply it on to the skin of your child and keep a gap of about half an hour let the body absorb the oil and then you give a bath to the child what happens is in India like the climatic Conditions are very unpredictable there is too much of dust in the weather and also maybe a child is already allergic to dust and weather change if you require to you can consult a homeopathic doctor and you can start the treatment from an early age itself
