My 2 years old baby girl is having problem when she's passing stool. She becomes very uncomfortable when she applies pressure to pass stool. And, after applying a lot of pressure, the stool is released. Please tell me What can I do to avoid this?

A. constipation is a common problem seen where the most important thing is to to focus on the diet modifichation plenty of liquids and higffh fibre in the diet is important medicines are given if required
