My 2 yearold son is been hard stool & today got little blood is it concerning though eating & drinking water properly

A. Also include more fibres into the diet of your child I think that is also going to be quite a good option for you to work on with as that is going to be a lot beneficial getting rid of the problem that could be due to nothing worried
