My baby does a hard stool (Few amount)and not drinking milk or eating properly.

A. You should give plenty of water to the child make some detox water by adding fruits and oil to that and that’s what you can give along with that try mode of fibre in the diet consistency should be easy for the child to accept and digest and also will help in reducing the issue
