my 15 months baby gets fever suddenly forehead and back &stomach getting heated legs& hands are normal I checked fever the reading is 103 it is because of sun then what I was do

A. baby 15 months old and is having a high grade fever of 103 Fahrenheit so you have to check it again and armpit level this is a high fever and it needs to be seen by the pediatrician
