Q.

My son is suffering from fever and observed that the chest stomach and back are very hot but the hands and legs are cold. Is the symptoms are for viral fever?

A. It could be seasonal viral so give Crocin syrup as per weight of the child and repeat the dose after every four to five hours interval and give more liquids to the baby
