My baby is 4 months old he has fever feels hot at stomach, face, hands, head and legs are cold and suddenly he becomes cold.

Hello ma’am Sometimes these things can most definitely indicate some deficiency in the body so I think that’s the only reason of sudden temperature change in the body so consult your doctor ones because if the body is hot then that is normal it is not fever till the time the temperature is under 99° fahrenheit
