A. बहुत बार ये वातावरण बदलने से भी होता है और काफी बार वायरल इंफेक्शन के वजह से भी होता है। बच्चे को साधारण गर्म पानी पिलाआइए और गर्म दूध भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डाल सकते हैं जिससेs नाक की सर्दी और गले की सर्दी और खांसी कम होगी। सिरप मैक्स्ट्रा 2.5 ml दिन में दो से तीन बार दे सकते हैं जिससे सर्दी और नाक का पानी और साधारण खासी में कमी आएगी। बच्चे को अदरकs तुलसी का पानी दिया जा सकता है और हल्दी वाला दूध भी थोड़ी मात्रा में दी जा सकती है।

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby indirect steam twice a day and also apply Luke warm mustard oil on baby chest and as it is more than a week then better to evaluate once with your local child doctor in person and follow the prescription. Take care
