#Motherhood#AskTheExpert I had a c-section delivery one month ago. How can I lose tummy fat and after how much time can I start regular walks and exercise?

A. First of all heal because only after you heal you can start working out because the scar will be weaker and it can lead to an incisional hernia if the exercise is done early: You can start brisk walking after eight weeks and you can do all sorts of exercises only after six months post surgeryWrite Your Answer Here
