Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can take everything there is no problem if you are a breastfeeding mother just take a healthy diet for yourself and maintain proper hygiene try to avoid using cold drink too much

Well, Better to avoid aireted soft drinks./hard drinks.
as far as eggs are concerned , you may consume it but sometimes it's tough to.digest so. one should avoid the food that is tough to digest as baby is dependent on your Breast milk
there are plenty veg alternatives of. egg kindly opt.for.it.
