meri baby girl bad se gir gyi thi wo 9 months ki h usko Mathe me sujn h ct scan b kra liya report normal aayi h dr. ne ice pack lgane ke liye bola h mathe me but baby ko cold h to koi or way bta dijiye plz sujn kam krne ka baby active h khel rahi h but sujn h abhi

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child hasshould be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .
