Just breast feed newborn baby two to three hourly and on demand.
.It will subside by it's own by the end of second week.

No you should not start doing any sort of massage till your baby doesn’t get free. Till the time just take care about babies proper feed. Baby should be total my mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till your baby turned six months old. So feed your baby properly and on time
