mere c section huva hai 13 march ko. baby 4 kg hai. mere tummy kaafi bada tha jab me pregnant thi.mera weight baby hone se pehale 80 kg tha.ab lagbhag 10 din hone wala hai mere c section ko. abhi bhi bahut tummy hai.kitne din baad belt use karoo. or konsi belt use karoo. plz suggest me
