helo mam .mera c section s baby huva tha.and she is 6 month old now but my tummy not decrease.what should i do??

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you need to be doing some abdominal exercise alo g with walking and other excercise which can help to reduce your belly fat and you should also be doing other walking and exercise which can help along with a well balanced food in the diet which is a must
