Q.
mera son 2 years ka hai use fever h, pahele bhi fever hua toh thik ho gaya tha, bt fr weather change hua toh use fr fever aa gaya hai. Doctor ko dikhaya to 3 days ki dawa ka course complete ho gaya,pahele 6-6 ghante pr aaya fr 11-11 ghante fr ab 18-18 hours pr aaya fever.. suggest me what to do???

So the fever is reducing down there is no problem in that because see the gap of recurrent fever is reducing which is completely fine no need not worry about it you can continue with paracetamol till that time the fever doesn’t subside completely and if needed you can visit your doctor once
