A. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or other symptoms nothing to worry. Swelling cvuan be reduced by giving ice fomentation locally and paracetamol can be given for fever or pain. Thrombophobe ointment cabn be applied in acute pain and swelling .

A. Fever is completely normal and common after a vaccination so it is not a problem that way I would just say that you can go ahead with giving paracetamol ll to your child as of now this is going to be quite helpful in reducing Da temperature
