Mera baby 1yrs 2month ka hai usko kal se cold & fever hai aur vo aaj morning se 2 baar paani ke jaise potty kar raha hai

Could we do stomach infection or maybe in digestion you please check with your doctor because this way we cannot advise you with the medicine to be used once your doctor is going to know the symptoms they can advise you a medicine that you can be given to the child
