mera 9 sep 2022 ko c section hua tha or ab mera pate bahut jada bd rha h please tell any suggestions

A. Right now you cannot do anything currently you just have to go ahead with feeling well and eating well that is what you can do but about reduction of where can happen after the age of 9 to 10 months with exercise and dieting only once you quit breastfeeding
