A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. eat more fruits. have balanced diet and stay hydrated. have protein powder with milk twice a day. in case its very low.. you may require transfusion

A. to increase your hemoglobin level you can take dates or dates syrup daily. you may take pomegranate juice daily to increase.. you can boil some kish mish in a cup of milk till it gets half then filter and hv the milk.. take care..
