Yes, your haemoglobin is very less and in such case, you should definitely consult gynaecologist about it because the doctor can only advise you well and you can start eating pomegranate regularly. It will help in increasing haemoglobin rather than this. You should also start eating beetroot all these food are , helpful in increasing the haemoglobin in body
