A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have more fresh fruit and vegetables. eat chapati with Dal daily. eat healthy diet and stay hydrated

A. Hi, please maintain it by having like pomegranate and beet root juice, raisins etc with whatever supplements your obstetrics given to you. hope it helps! thank you!

A. hi please do the following things: take healthy and well blanaced diet. it is best to take green leafy vegetables, beetroot or tomato soup, fruit like strawberry,dates , pomegranate,amla etc more. use jeggary instead of sugar while making food along with that take more citrus fruits for good absorption of iron.
