have more fresh fruit and vegetables.
eat chapati with Dal daily.

please do the following things:
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
it is best to take green leafy vegetables, beetroot or tomato soup, fruit like strawberry,dates , pomegranate,amla etc more.
use jeggary instead of sugar while making food
along with that take more citrus fruits for good absorption of iron.
