Q.

mam, my daughter is 6 years old... she's very weak..n doesn't eat food.... her weight is still 15 kg... plz suggest me... what can i do????

A. Sorry mam, I posted this answer wrongly. Please see my right answer below. Low appetite can be due to reasons like low zinc levels or too much dairy products or less gap between meals etc. Include ajwain , ginger, lemon or carrot juice, coconut water, curd with mint in the kid's meals to boost the appetite. South Indian rasam will also increase the appetite.

A. Make sure the child is not over fed. There should be a minimum gap of two hours between any two meals or feedings. Or u can feed little at frequent intervals. Or the vomit could be due to indigestion in which case its better to get the baby examined by your pediatrician and get his advice.
