Q.

Madam/Sir I have given birth to my second child on 29.10.2021. I have undergone C - section for both my deliveries. Seeking your advise whether can I do my daily workouts or should I stop from doing those. please advise.p

A. It's going to be 6 months right? The internal stitches could take around 6 months to heal completely. So u may consult with your doctor and start with milk exercises. Then u may gradually increase the complexity. Don't start with heavy ones immediately.
