M 35yrs old …my weight is 74 kg..how to reduce my weight

A. Hi To lose weight, you can 1. Include foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, vegetables salads, chicken , low fat paneer, skim milk 2. Avoid fried, sugary. sweet, bakery products 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Hi See the way it does depend on the height as well but it will completely depend on as to how much weight are you willing to lose so you can consult a dietician go for a diet and if you have a good enough time then try to work out at least 45 minutes in a day whatever workout is more convenient to you go for that
