#Mamaxpert after delivery my weight was 69 khan but now it is 74 kg I want to reduce my weight as I ve gained 20 kg more plz suggest

A. Dear mum, coming back to pre pregnancy weight will take time and consistent effort, so do not worry. Eat mindfully, avoid intake of high fat, sugar and salt containing processed and packaged food. You should avoid excess oil and ghee intake. Have lean proteins sources and good intake of seasonal fruits and vegetables, small frequent meals. Do not skip breakfast. Have good water intake. Begin to exercise.
