A. Hi to lose weight, you can 1. Increase intake of skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, egg whites, pulses, sprouts curd, Vegetables fruits and nuts 2. Avoid sugar, fried foods, junk foods, rice, potatoes, 3 . exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
