last 29th dec i had my c section now my hair is falling so much. how can i stop hairfall

A. hi usually it happens because of hormonal changes so please take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day apply coconut oil daily on your hair wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water. it will definitely help stay stress free
