Hello madam.. I was having c-section six months back..After delivery around 3 months my hair starts falling so much..What is the reason behind hairfall?Any home remedy for this problem?

There are two reasons :
Hormonal Imbalance and nutritional deficiency
Take sunbath daily
Don't use anti dandruff shampoo , RO water for drinking , packaged and processed food , maida and sugar
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Use ayurvedic remedies for washing hair
Take more probiotics and dairy products , millets and citrus fruits
