Q.

#AskTheExpert I had C section this year March. after the delivery my hair started falling rapidly. what should I do to stop or atleast reduce hairfall? I have been using olive oil. But it showed not much effect. What should I eat and what should I do?

A. hair fall is due to hormonal imbalance after delivery Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals
