Best way to control it is include protein, iron, fiber and calcium rich diet and reduce fat intake especially sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink plenty if fluids. Start doing skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas.
To reduce hairfall, massage scalp with mild oil like olive, coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
