Q.

it's been 3 months already but still my breast milk is not sufficient for my baby. I also give formula milk to my baby. Is there any chances of increase in breastmilk. or do I have to continue with formula milk upto 6 months?

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
