Hi my baby is 1 year 3 months old he is taking solid foods and breast milk still I am not giving him any formula or cow milk. Is breast milk sufficient for him . Should I have to give him formula or cow milk please suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. the child is taking breastfeeding three or four times every day and also at the night then there is no need to give milk from outside but yes it is advisable to start milk because you have to give milk products because later on you will have to stop breastfeeding

Hi parent as per your child age you can give all regular food to your child you generally made for your other family members please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
