is breast milk sufficient for 11 month old or should i give formula milk also?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age . Earlier introduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract. It's also deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid. It's also lackingc ideal proportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to give baby breastfeeding and formula milk at this age along with home made semi solid food.. and also add one egg on daily basis. take care
