It’s been 21days post C section still my periods are heavy Can I know when it’ll stop and how to reduce the flow

Sometimes leading can continue like this for 30 to 45 days what is the bleeding is actually not reducing at all one time you can check with your doctor if there’s anything the gynaecologist needs to look into chill advise you according to a proper assessment
